LANCERS EXTEND WIN STREAK TO 3

The Lancers extended their win streak to 3 with a huge win over the Seneca Sting in Toronto on Friday night.

Going into the game short handed, all 8 active players for the Lancer stepped up with meaningful contributions in the victory. First year Lancer Jacintha Julien turned in her best performance to date (and first double-double) with 14 points and an astounding 24 rebounds. Veteran teammate Monlique Knights came off the bench to secure her first double-double of the season with 15 points, 12 rebounds and 2 steals. Vanessa Wilton & Cianah Miller continued to lead the team in scoring with 15 points each. 

Through selfless offense, efficient passing and dominant play under the basket to secure 60 rebounds in the game, the Lancers cruised to a 79-52 victory to improve their record to 4-2 on the season. 

The team is back in action for game 2 of their weekend road trip when they travel to Barrie to take on the Georgian Grizzlies Saturday November 26th.
