Cory Mestre has been a staple in the Loyalist fitness center for almost two decades. With a wealth of knowledge in a variety of health & fitness topics, Cory is the guy to talk to if you’re looking for guidance with your fitness and lifestyle goals.

An East Coaster at heart, Cory began his career in his home province of Nova Scotia. From there, Cory came to Ontario and developed his career around one basic principal; movement. Whether it’s getting people involved in campus recreation, helping to develop fitness plans or talking general wellness, Cory’s wholehearted belief in the benefit of physical activity is the backbone of everything he does.
