The Loyalist Lancers women's soccer team secured their first win of the season with a 2-0 victory over the Fleming Phoenix on Saturday, September 21. Kellee Smith and Kaylee Wyngaarden led the Lancers' offense, each scoring a goal, while Madison Byrnes contributed with a key assist.
Emily Mealing, who was solid in net, recorded three saves to earn the clean sheet and help the Lancers notch their first win of the campaign. This victory marks an important milestone for the team as they continue to build momentum moving forward.
