Loyalist Lancers Women’s Soccer Seeking Lead Assistant Coach

The Loyalist Lancers women's soccer team is looking to add a passionate and experienced Lead Assistant Coach to its coaching staff. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of a competitive and growing program under the leadership of new Head Coach Tom Moran.

About the Position

The Lead Assistant Coach will play a key role in supporting the team's success, assisting with player development, training sessions, game strategies, and recruiting efforts. The ideal candidate will bring a strong soccer background, leadership skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive and high-performance team culture.

Qualifications

• High-level playing experience is required (university, college, or professional level preferred)

• Coaching experience is beneficial but not mandatory

• Strong understanding of the game, including tactics and player development

• Ability to mentor and support student-athletes both on and off the field

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Time Committment

• Evenings/weekends
• August through the end of October

Pay

• Coaches are paid an honourarium with the amount to be discussed and agreed upon between the Director of Athletics & Recreation and the selected coach.
