Joining the Lancer squad for his first season as a member of the coaching staff but certainly no stranger to the Lancers is local volleyball authority, Randy Orsborne. Orsborne, who played for the Lancers for the duration of his college career, played a pivotal role in the development and implementation of the Belleville Ravens when the club first began to take shape. With the Ravens, who participated in the Ontario Volleyball Association, Orsborne coached a number of players who went on to play at the collegiate level, including his daughter, Alicia.
